The ROLLFIX 700 is the “marathon machine” in the matter of dough sheeting. If you require a machine that provides optimum output while in continuous use, the ROLLFIX 700 is the right choice. A large roller gap (up to 50 mm) allows very sizeable dough batches, a double spindle on the advance roller provides added strength and, together with the selectable infeed speed, enables higher degrees of reduction. As standard, it is also equipped for the production of filo dough.
Irrespective of the type of dough that you would like to process, the FRITSCH MULTICUT combines the advantages of a gentle punching and turning process with a wide variety of shapes in a single production line. The punching-and-turning unit delivers perfect uniformity and exact product alignment. It is also gentle on the dough sheet and keeps the maintenance budget low. Separate tables prevent soft dough pieces from sticking together again.
Irrespective of whether you would like to produce baguettes, ciabatta bread or speciality rolls, the IMPRESSA bread line enables large quantities of artisan bread products to be produced economically and efficiently. The IMPRESSA bread line has been specially developed to process soft doughs. FRITSCH’s patented SoftProcessing© technology prevents unnecessary tension and compression from occurring in all process steps. This ensures that fluffy dough remains fluffy.
